CAREER EXPLORATION TOOL KIT

 

WHAT IT IS
A fully customized tool that guides middle school, high school, and college students through identifying their strengths, matching them with potential careers, selecting colleges that are the best fit, and developing a plan for their next right step. [for college students, we go a step further and identify careers and internship matches based on your major]

 

HOW IT WORKS

 

STEP 1: Strengths & Skills Survey
Students complete a 5-10 minute survey to uncover natural abilities, personality traits, and interests.

 

STEP 2: Personalized Career Matches

• 45-minute guided session [via Zoom] with a certified life coach

• Custom Guided coaching session reviews the strength and skills survey.

• Explore college and/or career opportunities.

• Within 24 hours, students [and parents] receive a complete custom report including 3-5 careers uniquely aligned to the student’s strengths, job descriptions, earning potentials, education path, college suggestions, and reasons why it’s a good fit.

 

STEP 3: 1:1 Follow Up Coaching Session
A 45-minute guided session [via Zoom] with a certified life coach to:

• Unpack results

• Select top 3 career paths

• Explore majors, colleges, certifications, internships, or careers

• Create an action plan

• Opportunity for ongoing private coaching services available

PRIVATE LIFE COACHING SESSIONS

Students meet privately with a certified life coach to grow in their confidence, commitment, consistency, and most importantly, their character. 

Based on our core values, students will:

• Create clarity for next steps

• Develop a realistic plan

• Receive weekly support and accountability

• Build confidence based on progress

• Growth in character and discipline

 

Zoom Call [$89 per 45 minute session] [monthly membership $320 - 4 sessions per month]

In Person [$99 per 45 minute session] [Orlando area only]
